How to use:
Use on dry skin before a bath or shower. Starting at your feet, gently brush using small strokes upward towards your heart. Brush for 3 to 5 minutes for optimum awakening and energizing.
It is advised that Dry Brushes are cleaned regularly with mild soap and water and hung to dry and replaced as needed, depending on frequency of use.
